Spells you Manifest that deal damage gain +1 damage for each 3 you exceed a target's defense roll if you are Focal Locked on them.
Boost: Lock 1 + TT/3 of Accurate, Devastating, Impact, or 1 Ailment with value 3. Gain the Locked options on Spells you Manifest targeting an enemy you are Focal Locked on.
